The OilFlux™ products eliminate the possibility of explosions, facilitating the maintenance through the cleaning of all types of tanks, crude oil transportation tankers, storage tanks, cisterns, terminals and the crude oil recuperation.

• Contrary to other traditional mechanical cleaning methods, the OilFlux™ product eliminates operational costs in the mechanical works within the units. At the same time, it manages to make the cleaning quicker and to recover the crude oil.
• It contains highly active ingredients for the cleaning of metallic surfaces impregnated with grease or crude oil, as well as their derivatives.
• The use of surfactants and their association with sequestering and humidifying ingredients allows them to soak into cavities and pores.
• Because of its perfect lipo-hydrophilic balance, it is as efficient in water-soluble deposits as in those soluble in lipophilic and hydrophilic solvents.
• There is no risk of explosion originated by static electricity due to the fact that the BTI additive emulsifies with fresh water or even seawater and the emulsion is non-flammable.
• For seawater or fresh water cleaning, BTI is applied in a mixture containing 95-99 parts of freshwater or seawater.  It can be used in all types of tanks, storage tanks, port installations, oil tankers, railcar & truck tankers, etc.
• For Crude Oil Washing (“COW”) to reduce Remain On Board (“ROB”) in accordance with MARPOL 73/78 or other Load On Top (“LOT”) management practices, OilFlux™ W20 can be used and followed up with BTI to reduce the water soluble residues which remain. ​
• Total recuperation of the crude oil.

In addition, our specialty OilFlux™ products are particularly indicated for:

• BTI (Anti Oil Crude Spill) cleaning of the aquatic environment, marine life, plants and animals on earth. Fully recoverable spilled crude oil.

• BFO (Performance Additive) to be added only to FUEL-OIL. It stabilizes the fuel-oil preventing separation of water, causing a stable micro-emulsion and avoiding cut offs of the combustion.  Improves the atomization of carburant in the injectors.  Eliminates residual lumps in fuel oil tanks, reducing the possibility of the plugging of filters and injectors.

• BVM (Performance Additive) to be added only to GAS-OIL.  It stabilizes the gas-oil so there is no separation of water, causing a stable micro-emulsion and avoiding cut offs of the combustion.  Also it prevents the growth of algae and the formation of mucilage in tanks. These materials are commonly called “gas-oil snot".
