P50

Report

“Dead Oil”, “Slop Pits” and “Live Oil”: OilFlux™  P50 can  speedily, safely, economically and environmentally recuperate and recover a “revenue bottom line enhancement” meaningful part of the approximate more than 20,000,000 bbl/y of crude oil from the annual worldwide well production of crude oil captured in “Slop Pits/Waste Pits” (estimated in the USA at about 700,000 pits, with some as large as 250,000 bbl), together with other residual crude oil captured by the entire crude oil production process, and in addition from refineries around the world. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) has estimated the amounts in the USA alone in the following report:

Report

With the number of producing crude oil producing wells in the USA alone approximating 700,000 and associated Waste and Slop Pits, and Tank Bottoms each equaling that amount, the opportunities to use OilFlux to dramatically reduce environmental problems from crude oil captured in these from these facilities and safely, speedily and economically drop this liberated crude oil to the bottom line in a meaningful way is dramatic indeed.

It has been established by the American Association of Drilling Engineers (AADE) in the following report:

and Intertek in thetest certificates that a "specialty chemical product" such as  OilFlux™ product P50 can be used by itself as a "single chemical additive process" shown below or as a fundamental part of a "mechanical-chemical process" shown below are the recommended way to achieve the speedily, safely, environmentally and economically important recuperation and recovery of useable crude oil from "Slop Pits/Waste Pits", and all other places where crude oil is captured  in the crude oil production to refinery process.

Thus, if your require a "specialty chemical product" such as OilFlux™ product P50 which can be used by itself as a new "single chemical additive process" shown below or as a fundamental part as an additive to improve substantially a "mechanical-chemical process" which may already have, you can order the right OilFlux™ product to immediately improve the "bottom line revenue" speedily, safely, environmentally and economically.

Slop Oil:   This is considered crude oil which is emulsified with water and solids rendering it a waste stream that cannot be sold down the pipeline. Slop Oil, or secondary oil, is found in evaporation ponds, sludge pits, slop pits, and permitted commercial disposal facilities.

This simplified "single chemical additive process" for the "specialty chemical products" additive such as OilFlux™ product P50 is shown below:

This simplified "mechanical-chemical process", instead of the "single chemical additive process" above, for the "specialty chemical products" additive such as OilFlux™ product P50 is shown below:

Glossary:

Dead Oil:  Oil at sufficiently low pressure that contains no dissolved gas or a relatively thick oil or residue that has lost its volatile components.

Live Oil:  Oil containing dissolved gas in solution that may be released from solution at surface conditions. Live oil must be handled and pumped under closely controlled conditions to avoid the risk of explosion or fire.

Slop Oil:   by definition, is considered crude oil which is emulsified with water and solids rendering it a waste stream that cannot be sold down the pipeline. Slop Oil, or secondary oil, is found in evaporation ponds, sludge pits, slope pits, storage tanks, and permitted commercial disposal facilities.
