RECUPERATION OF CRUDE SLOP FROM PONDS/PITS (P50)
Recuperation

Demulsifier
SWO is an additive product that has been specially formulated and designed to break the “Water/Crude Oil” (“w/o”) emulsion at a minimum cost.
The “w/o” emulsion in the crude oil is a distinctive problem in each case, requiring different mixing times, agitation and different dosage, so it is essential to apply the appropriate product.
The goal of treatment with de-emulsifiers is to break up the “w/o” emulsion in order to give each of them a strict hydrophilic-lipophilic balance based on previous analysis of the crude oil and its water content.
With the SWO additive an exceptional result in reducing the content of water and sediment in crude oil is obtained.

Cleaner
The OilFlux™ BTI contains highly active ingredients for the cleaning of metallic surfaces impregnated with oil, grease, crude oil, as well as their derivatives.
Its efficacy extends equally to water soluble residues, as well as to the soluble in solvents, for the perfect balance of Hydrophilic-Lipophilic.
There is no risk of explosion due to the phenomenon of static electricity since the BTI additive emulsifies with fresh water or even with seawater and the emulsion is non-flammable.
For seawater or fresh water cleaning, BTI is applied in a mixture containing 95-99 parts of freshwater or seawater. It can be used in all types of tanks, storage tanks, port installations, oil tankers, railcar and truck tankers, and etc.
For Crude Oil Washing (“COW”) to reduce Remain On Board (“ROB”) in accordance with MARPOL 73/78 or other Load On Top (“LOT”) management practices, OilFlux™ W20 can be used and followed up with BTI to reduce the water soluble residues which remain.

SBH (Anti-Embedment)
When added to crude oil that comes from the wells, it leaves no incrustations coming from the water (very high in dissolved salts) in the crude oil, protecting all types of pipes.
SCA (Corrosion Inhibitor)
When added to crude oil coming from the wells, it protects the pipe corrosion caused by the water.
SH2 (Sequestering)
When added to crude oil, it decreases the reaction of the sulfhidric acid (H2S) to form sulphuric acid (H2SO4).
SCF (Bactericide)
When added to crude oil, it gets rid of the bacteria produced by the water. It can also be applied to refineries when necessary.
S16 (Anti-Foam)
Only necessary when foam is produced. For the cleaning of all types of tanks.
BTI (Anti Oil Crude Spill)
Cleaning of the aquatic environment, marine life, plants and animals on earth. Fully recoverable spilled crude oil.
BFO (Performance Additive)
To be added only to FUEL-OIL. It stabilizes the fuel-oil preventing the separation of water, causing a stable micro-emulsion and avoiding cut offs of the combustion. Improves the atomization of carburant in the injectors. Eliminates residual lumps in fuel oil tanks, reducing the possibility of the plugging of filters and injectors.
BVM (Performance Additive)
To be added only to GAS-OIL. It stabilizes the gas-oil preventing the separation of water, causing a stable micro-emulsion and avoiding cut offs of the combustion. Also it prevents the growth of algae and the formation of mucilage in tanks. These materials are commonly called “gas-oil snot".
